Crespina

Crespina is a municipality in the province of Pisa. The name was certified for the first time in 983 as Crispina and probably comes from a person's name or Roman Etruscan origin. The country is famous for the monument to Civetta located in the town square that was carried out by the sculptor Angelo Biancini. Crespina is famous but also for the many villas in the territory who are the places summer in which the rich Pisa and Leghorn spend the summer.
